* Click on the dropdown menu (currently showing "Confidence Score") to select your desired filter.

5. **Export logs (optional):**

* Click the "Export" button next to the filters to download your chat logs.

6. **Analyze individual conversations:**

* Scroll through the chat logs to view specific conversations.
* Each conversation shows the user's messages in blue bubbles and the chatbot's responses in gray bubbles.
* Note the timestamp for each message.

7. **Review confidence scores:**

* Below each of the chatbot's responses, you'll see a "Confidence Score" with a numerical value.
* This score indicates how confident the AI was in its response.

8. **Use insights to improve your chatbot:**

* Analyze the conversations and confidence scores to identify areas where your chatbot performs well or needs improvement.
* Use this information to refine your chatbot's training or adjust its settings as needed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://upchatty.gitbook.io/upchatty-documentation/getting-started/using-chat-logs.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
